Dance

John Hudson Music Productions Ltd is not just focussed on music! In line with John and Elissa's beliefs that performers need all-round skills, a wide range of dance tuition is available through the company. Students aged 6-18 who wish to study performing arts can enrol in either Tyneside Stage School or Durham Stage School, where dance is studied alongside singing and drama. Alternatively, private lessons are available on a one-to-one or small group basis, for those wishing for more intensive studies or simply to enhance their existing training.

The company is lucky to have a wide range of teachers and choreographers available to work with students, all of whom are able to teach a variety of dance styles. Whether you're looking for something in the modern, chart-dance style, or something more suitable for stage and musical work, our dance teachers and choreographers can teach you the steps and routines you need to perform with confidence. This is reflected in the Stage School shows, where students perform many different styles of dance, everything from Britney Spears to Bob Fosse!
